Here are some helpful tips to help spot fraudulent emails and texts.

• The message comes from a strange number or an email you don't recognize.
• The message directs you to click on a link that takes you to a login page. Somerset Trust will never send a text with a link to log into your online banking. You should only log into your online banking via the mobile app or portal on the somersettrust.com website.
• The URL for the linked page is not the URL for our legitimate online banking (www.somersettrust.com).
• The message contains spelling and/or punctuation errors.
